Designed EFInA's future technology state around applications, infrastructure, governance and IT organisation. Wrote the IT policy and disaster recovery plan, then delivered an ERP for finance, HR and procurement, a grants management system, a SharePoint intranet and knowledge base, a risk register application, e-learning and an AI powered searchable document archive.
Deployed and supervised the networking and installation of 450 thin clients for national computer-based examinations.
Conceptualised and designed the Local Government Education Authority database for the UKAID Teacher Development Programme, then trained state staff in SQL and MS Access to run it.
Built web-based data collection and analysis software for UNICEF's Girls' Education Project (GEP3) and trained teams on data and database management.
Project managed NIEPA's Moodle portal, then rolled Moodle e-portfolios out to six Colleges of Education across northern Nigeria with admin and course-creation training.
Digitised paper surveys into KoboCollect and ODK, configured FastField flagging and set up real-time tracking of field data collectors for the USAID Nigeria Monitoring Project.
Designed and project managed the institute's wireless campus network, fibre optic backbone, structured cabling and ICT centre, followed by VSAT installations. Built and hosted the NIEPA website from 2006, plus a helpdesk portal, online survey portal, Koha library system and ePrints repository.
